Found the consultant to be very pleasant and helpful. She was a lovely, knowledgeable lady who made my husband and I feel very comfortable.

Great service and friendly folks at the location. I was having issues with one of my hearing aids. The receiver was replaced and both hearing aids were cleaned. I had them back in my hands by mid afternoon.
