I waited a week for an appointment to have my ears cleaned and a hearing test The day of my appointment I received a phone call from the office saying the staff member who does the cleaning isn’t in so they will have to reschedule I received a phone call later in the day from the office and talked to someone else who then told me this office that I had the appointment with doesn’t do ear cleanings I’m unsure why I had to wait a week for an appointment when apparently this office doesn’t preform that service ?
