Jon in the Faribault very professional & helpful. The office is satisfactory. The Albert Lea office not so. It echo's like a metal corn crib. Tonja is working at a terrible disadvantage in that atmosphere I liked Tonja but l had change to Faribault office for l felt was a prope atmosphere for a better hearing result.
We felt our time spent was really good and professioal! The test is the best one that I have ever had. I would strongly recommend it to my friends. Thank you!
