Mr. Johnson was great! Fixed the wires on them. Ordered a new one and good to go.
Mr. Johnson showed himself to be extensively knowledgeable and experienced in proving explanations and diagnoses of the issues I've been having. He's also quite personable and kind, although firm about what is and isn't. Definite recommendations for anyone with doubts or frustrations about their hearing.
