Jordan is very good at what he does. He never brushes you off. But takes the time needed to fix what is wrong. We are extremely pleased with him.

I had a great experience at Beltone in Jenison. Jourdan really helped me out. He went above and beyond, teaching me about hearing and hearing aids. He genuinely cared about me and helped me with misinformation from another Beltone in my hometown. He is very caring and thorough and I would highly recommend him if you are experiencing any kind of hearing issues.
I just had a another visit, with Beltone in Jenison, MI...so friendly, helpful, and courteous. Audiologist Jourdan Duffey-MHCP was very helpful, as always!! I would 100% recommend Beltone, to anyone with any hearing issues. This office is perfection....every time
