Jourdan (sp?) was excellent !!! He explained everything ! He definitely took his time and may us feel comfortable and at ease . It was a big step for me to admit I needed hearing aids - - - I am so glad a friend recommended Beltone and Jourdan!!!!

If you are hesitant to get hearing aids, don't be! I thought for a long time that I had some hearing loss from my career and other things. I didn't realize how bad my hearing loss was and how much I was reading lips to see what people said because I couldn't hear them. I also thought I was way to young for something like hearing aids.
