Office is very easy to get to. People are very nice and knowledgeable. Very happy with my visit
The audiologist (Colleen) is very attentive and said from the start to call her by her first name. She tested my ears and hearing aids to get her own statistics also. She definitely makes you feel comfortable.
This is the third hearing place we have been to, and they finally got it right. Wonderful people and terrific product. My husband can hear again.
Hearing Aid Plus treated me fine, gave a free hearing test, let me try the hearing aids, helped make fine adjusments to the profiles and helps with spare parts, batteries, and advice. This is a business that really tries to make sure every customer is 100% satisfied. The hearing aids have changed by life for the better. I am really glad to have found this business and purchased their product.
