One again we were greeted with a smile, Amy was expecting us and had everything ready. We told her to go ahead and place the order for a rebuild. Always a pleasure to deal with Amy and the staff at Dothan Beltone.
Excellent service and care. I have been a customer for over 20 years and have always had excellent service. The technician was very professional and attentive to what I needed. She has cleaned and reset my hearing aids and rechecked them to make sure I was satisfied with the way I was hearing. Thank you for such good care.
Amy could not have been nicer or more helpful. She took the time to explain everything and made sure I understood all about the care of the hearing aids. She was absolutely great!!
