The staff was very helpful and very knowledgeable. Adam Thornell was professional and I am glad I chose them. I highly recommend Beltone Hearing Center in Millbrook!
Adam and his staff did a Great job! Quick, efficient and very professional. They sent me a reminder text and a phone call, which is something I really appreciate. I forget a lot! Thanks Adam! I'll definitely be back!!
Service time no waiting. Performance of service excellent. Quality of service excellent.
I did have issues, however, after voicing my concerns, they did call to make it right. It shows they do care and want to do a good job. They have a new employee and are in a learning curve so things are not as smooth as they once were when I first got my hearing aids but if they can get training like they once had, this office will be good again. My hearing aids I purchased from them work very well and provide a quality I didn't have before.
