I have been wearing hearing aids for about 10 years and have had hearing tests and fittings many times. Adam Thornell is the best! He identified a condition which I have that no other hearing specialist found, explained everything to me, and then suggested that I see a medical doctor before he proceeded with any hearing aids
Excellent service from staff. Clear instructions.
I was having so much difficulty with my hearing aids. I could hear sounds but could not understand words, in public or t.v. Words were distorted. After two visits with Adam in Prattville he adjusted the sound & not sure what he did but I can understand words so much better. Also he gave me a cleaning kit that I had never seen before. Did not receive it in my original kit when purchased from Gardendale,al. Store. In April of 2022. Thank u Adam!
