Even though I did not need new hearing aids at this time they definitely needed some work. Jim updated my hearing aids and it improved my hearing 1000 percent. He is so knowledgeable and answered all my questions. He has a great personality and made me feel comfortable throughout. I would recommend Jim and the Beltone office in Lagrange with great enthusiasm.
I recommend this to anyone experiencing hearing loss.. very compationate, and caring people.
