The place was clean, people were friendly
Great experience. Mom had 4 other hearing aids and none of them fit and they hurt her ears. The result of that was she just quit wearing them. She was fitted with yet another pair but this time the lady listened to her, listened to what she wanted and did her best to fit her with hearing aids that suited her. She has put them in and has been able to wear them all day. Never had that experience before. This has been such a wonderful experience and she is extremely pleased with the Beltone product and hearing aid specialist.
