Excellent! This was the first time anyone has taken the time to explain everything about hearing aids and made sure I understood what I could do to customize them to my personal needs. She said, “wear them, get familiar with them, and then come back so we can be sure everything is set right for you.” This was an example of someone caring more about the user than the sale of a product’ or the price.
