Very friendly. Explained the details and the process in depth. Had to have special ear pieces made. A very positive experience. I highly recommend Beltone. I used the center in West Plains, Missouri. Angela is the best !!!

Excellent! This was the first time anyone has taken the time to explain everything about hearing aids and made sure I understood what I could do to customize them to my personal needs. She said, “wear them, get familiar with them, and then come back so we can be sure everything is set right for you.” This was an example of someone caring more about the user than the sale of a product’ or the price.
Angela is always friendly and knows just what to do to get me going. So appreciate her
