The staff has gone above and beyond expectations to assist our family. They were courteous and patient with both of our elderly parents.
The level of service and help I received from Tonya Fleming an Audiologist with Beltone Hearing Center was above and beyond the call of "normal" service. She helped my Father-in-law who was from out of town with his hearing aids even staying late in the process. Not to mention during the holiday's. Tonya's knowledge and expertise were only surpassed by her level of care and understanding. There was no reason to stay late except that an elderly gentleman needed help during the holiday's.
