Duncan Beltone features a compassionate and certified professional (Registered Hearing Instrument Practitioner) in Larissa Nelson. She is kind and puts my needs above the company's. I trust her. The office often has new staff because they keep on being promoted to more senior positions within the company, and that tells you they are welcoming and competent. Whoever is responsible for hiring Cowichan Beltone staff is doing a very good job.

My 89 year old Mom’s hearing ads needed adjusting so I took them to Beltone when the business opened at 9 am . I saw Larissa the customer care agent and she immediately took the hearing aids to get them cleaned adjusted and upgraded the service - this took about 20 minutes and was free of charge - my Mother is extremely pleased she chose Beltone. She got the hearing aids over a year ago and that was the first service they required.
My experience was very nice. The staff at Beltone are very considerate and so pleasant.
