My husband and I came in for a routine check. It had been years since I had mine done and 2 years for my him. Such a simple process and nice to see what our current hearing is. Very informative and took the time to explain how hearing can be improved by the amazing devices that are available on the market. Will be back next year!
Joanne goes above and beyond to ensure that your hearing needs are met.. My right ear has a bone inside that shouldn't be there This causes pain and an earache when wearing the hearing aid.. Joanne has seen me repeatedly (At least 10 times) trying different aids to accommodate this complication. After my visit today-- I think that we have remedied and hopefully I can look forward to many years of pain free hearing! Joanne is a treasure---Beltone is lucky to have her!
Very friendly, appointment very informative, only disappointing thing was one of the hand held machines was not working (possible batteries were dead per employee) so missed one test. Overall though was very happy with the appointment.
