Brian was very knowledgeable and very nice - he reset my aids to remove a low hum artifact created by the lows being set too low.
I have been disappointed in Beltone for quite a while now due to the fact there is no Senior permanent staff. The young lady at the counter is very sweet.But unfortunately, her knowledge is limited with hearing aids. I hope I don't regret getting my hearing AIDS there They need to fill the position as soon as possible before they start losing clients
