My first visit at Beltone was a very pleasant experience. I was nervous but Monica made me feel comfortable and explained every step of the process.
Monica and Brooke were fantastic. Excellent service. Best I’ve had in years. Very accommodating, professional, efficient, treated you with respect. I would go back any day and recommend them to everyone.
I brought my friend who has dementia to Beltone in Palatka, Florida, and met with Monica Tolbert. Monica fitted her with hearing aids and spent a great deal of time and effort working out what would be best for her. Unfortunately, we had to return the hearing aids as my friend kept misplacing them and could not remember how to use them.
