Easy to make an appointment. Reception desk staff friendly. The Hearing Care Professional who conducted the testing was very nice. She explained about hearing loss and contributing factors such as genetics, life style and underlying medical conditions. The testing was conducted in a clean and comfortable room and the results were ready immediately thereafter. The results were fully explained for each ear and will be kept on file as a baseline for follow-up testing. Very very professional.

Audiologist was very friendly and helpful. He set my hearing aids up to work for my level of hearing and taught me how to manage them with the App.
