My visit and exam was thorough and enlightening. Monica was absolutely great in explaining what the tests comprised of and her detailed explanation of my results were thoroughly explained to me. One of the best parts of my exam was Monica checking in with me frequently to see if I had any questions. Overall I was super impressed with the visit.
Everyone was very pleasant and knowledgeable. It was definite worth our time spent there.
Easy to make an appointment. Reception desk staff friendly. The Hearing Care Professional who conducted the testing was very nice. She explained about hearing loss and contributing factors such as genetics, life style and underlying medical conditions. The testing was conducted in a clean and comfortable room and the results were ready immediately thereafter. The results were fully explained for each ear and will be kept on file as a baseline for follow-up testing. Very very professional.
