This would be my second pair of hearing aids. My first was from a private practice that deals mostly throat ear and nose conditions with the hearing practice being a sideline. When I went back to them for my second pair they had stop taking my insurance so I decided to look for another option in hearing aid availability. I didn't wish to take any money out of pocket. I would give it a 10 star if allowed, the doctor's approach and treatment was phenomenal! So happy to have gone here.
Friendly, efficient, helpful, and thorough. She did cleaning, adjusting to my request, an extensive hearing test, and talked knowledgeably about my upgrade options, pros and cons of doing it now vs waiting, and spent unhurried time helping me connect the devices to my phone, etc.
This was my third hearing test; the first ever at Beltone. I would recommend that this be your first stop for hearing screen. Very thorough and knowledgeable and efficient
