Since 2004 I purchased 3 sets of Beltone in the ear canal hearing aids. They are the best and great follow up service. The reason I purchased 3 sets they kept comming out with terrific new features. The very first set I retired but I continue to use the other two sets. I use one set then give it a rest and use the other set. I’m definitely a Beltone for life customer. If you want to hear good trust your hearing to Beltone. Their the best!!!
Absolute WORST customer service of ANY business EVER!!!!! No human answers the phone, you leave multiple messages and no one calls back, you go during hours posted as OPEN on the door and NO one is there. DO NOT USE THEM!! Huge regret we spent over $3,000.00 on hearing aids and NEITHER one is working AND can't reach anyone for repairs!!!!!
