My wife and I went here for a hearing exam. Everyone here was friendly and very knowledgeable.

Confirmed with my insurance and the office over the phone that my hearing aids are covered at 90% as the insurance is through United Airlines based in Illinois. I confirmed this several times with my insurance company. When I got to the office, I was told that I am not covered at 90% Because I live in Ohio and they don’t have to take Illinois insurance.
