I met with Dustin at Scottsdale office to drop off my hearings aids. He was very polite and professional. I was told I needed to send my hearing aids to the manufacture because my hearing aids were to old and outdated. Dustin did some advanced cleaning and advised me proper techniques on how to clean in the future. Once finished he installed the hearing aids in my ear and they were louder and more clear than I’ve ever heard them.
