I worked in the Nashua, NH location for 3 years with Bob and it was NOT a easy task. He made it uncomfortable for me, and ALWAYS had some NEGATIVE things to say about patients and staff. He would say how the staff in the Warwick, R.I. office did NOT know how to do their job, but were with Beltone 20+ years. He should NOT be allowed to work in Healthcare and I would love to see his license pulled. I complained to managers and nothing was ever done about it.

My husband and I had an appointment with Bobby Jo, the hearing technician at Beltone in Harrison. Over the years we have encountered many technicians, and without a doubt she is the best! Her knowledge and masterful skill in identifying and programing the hearing aid resulted in the best solution ever provided. Received my new hearing aids yesterday from Janine and Kelly at Twinsburg Beltone. They are knowledgeable and very informative. Answered all my questions and made sure I was comfortable in caring for and using my new aids. Plus they are just about the nicest people you’ll ever meet. Last year I admitted that I needed help hearing better. I visited with Paden Parker and my life is so much nicer that I can understand phone calls and most everyday activities. They listened to my comments and tried to provide answers for my concerns. thank you so much for all your help.
Thank you so much for my hearing aids. After many years I can now hear the birds singing to me , my cat purring, telephone when it rings and even hear them speak to me. My husband thanks you as well as I can hear him as well. The people are helpful and friendly. I as so sorry I waited as long as I did.
