Very helpful. No pressure. The hearing test told me the right hearing aids for me.
Nice office and easy location to find. The office staff was very kind and helpful with forms and insurance information. Our audiologist Mechele was amazing! She explained everything so well and was thorough with her testing. After the tests, she reviewed all of the results and explained the findings and options clearly. She is very special and a true professional!!!
Today's visit was lousy!!! I needed the wiring part of my hearing aid replaced. First, they couldn't find me in their system. Then after returning from a back room, I was advised that they didn't have the part for my hearing aid. They further advised that they quit making the parts for the hearing aid and quit receiving parts the end of 2025. She further reminded me that my hearing aids were 10 years old. I advised her that should not matter as they still worked perfectly for me; that I had no problems with the hearing aids ... read more
