Zach was great! Very patient with my husband’s blindness and his explanation of the issue he was having with his hearing aid. Thanks to Zach’s calibration, It’s working to hubby’s satisfaction now.

Zack in Morehead went above and beyond to help me get into the right hearing aid. He took the time with me to go over what the best financial options I had as well as moist importantly, he listened. Very blessed Zack was there to help me today. I haven’t been able to hear like this is a decade. 10/10
