Will not send records to my ENT. Will only text. Very hard to get a hold of. Does not keep her word and does not follow through.
Not very professional or private. Only 2 rooms separated by a clear glass window. You are not isolated in a sound proof room for the hearing test. Even with headphones on you could still hear muffled sounds from the office next door. Can also see the technician starting the sounds on the laptop. So if you need to "pass" a hearing test for whatever reason this is the place to go. I just don't feel this is the place to go if you want a really accurate test.
