The staff is very friendly and professional. A very welcoming environment and they were very kind regarding the other people that I had visited and tested with. My equipment needed attention and was handled to the best of her ability and she made sure I would be able to go on my trip uninterrupted. We made more adjustments as it seems hearing aides are a evolving process.
