Brought my mother in today and was extremely satisfied with how they explained her hearing loss. Much more detailed and informative than any she has had in 20 years Also being a business owner myself, customer service is KEY. She needs a receptionist so she can focus on helping folks like my mom.
Kelsey is all that at the Middletown location. The owners ideas of what's important not so much. Glad l deal with Kelsey. Back again, why the owners won't at least get a receptionist is beyond me. Kelsey does great, however being interrupted by people coming through door etc. is totally on the owner. Plus if a customer is going to spend $$ on your product, at least get a desk without a cracked glass top.
