Office manager receptionist, very professional very kind very nice lady man who is selling the hearing aids does a terrible job. He lost a sale for a hearing aid because he didn’t want to deal with. Tried to tell us that we weren’t covered for the insurance. he never looked he just said that so now we are going somewhere else who does accept that insurance and who said that we are fully covered for two hearing aids this year when this other gentleman said that that we were not covered for any at all terrible way to run a... read more
Cindy at the front desk is fantastic. A ray of sunshine. So friendly and helpful. Ive took my mom there for yrs ... other staff come and go but that place couldn't run with Cindy.
