Cindy was as cheerful as always and cleaned my hearing aid thoroughly.
I have been impressed from the beginning phone call, with the personal attention to my hearing needs and questions. They are always warm and friendly while being professional. Most recently I stopped in and had my hearing aid settings tweaked a little bit; once again, helpful and accomodating.
