The customer service was great but the mailer was totally misleading we were expecting the 30 day free trial but that is definitely not the case so as far as the mailer you get a 0 rating the free exam thank you but not much good when the product did work well and would have loved to give the free trial rating but can’t if I don’t have the product to review if I had the thousand down for trial but I don’t as of most people wasn’t expecting such a down payment
Brett is very thorough, explains all the test and what it means for me to be able to hear and understand. I highly recommend Beltone. They get at 10 star !
