Brett Young did an excellent job explaining my hearing loss and how it affected my life. He was very knowledgeable about the Envision 9 hearing aides and why they were the best fit for me.
I was worried at going but I must say my experience was very good the office lady was very friendly and super nice then doctor was awesome very friendly and helpful made sure I knew how to put my hearing aids in took his time I never felt like a number worried highly recommend belting in salem very impressed with service and feel thay go over and beyond for being friendly and making you feel like family
Excellent care and customer service. Hearing test was done very accurate and explained everything to me. New hearing aids are wonderful with lots of great features like can use them to answer and talk on your phone, listen to music like ear buds. And noone can tell you have them on. When I called made the appointment I specifically told them that we had $3, 000 to spend from our insurance so I told him this up front and they're like oh yes we can help you we wasted a whole hour of our time because the entire time after he did the testing even after I told him that we could not afford anything over that he still kept pushing the $20,000 hearing aids but now after insurance it came to $10,000 and the cheaper ones which we asked about they still would have been $2,400 after insurance and he still even as w... read more
