Friendly. Knowledgeable. Great with my 87 yr old father who has severe hearing loss and moderate dementia. The best part is, with their testing and technology, they were able to give him hearing aids to actually hear and hear clearly again. The Dr was talking to my father from the far side of the next room over and my father could understand everything he was saying. I highly recommend Beltone for your hearing issue needs. Doug, Amber, and Mary Ann were great at the Wintersville location!
