Tom was very informative about hearing aids in general, and being skeptical about wearing them, he made me feel comfortable and I realized he was easing my anxiety about needing them. So much so, that my husband is next in line to get a pair.

Great service with a knowledgeable staff. Tom takes All the time you need, never a rush job. Very thorough with his exam and then he explains it to you in Laymans terms. Very happy with Tom and Beltone products are great
