Very professional and helpful!
I am very satisfied und personable about the service provider. Can highly recommend the service provider. Twice a year I have a check up of my hearing aid to check if there are changes have to be made.
Cordial and professional, addressed issue with my hearing aide.
My only complaint is that we didn't find them sooner. Tom is amazing. My wife was born with hard of hearing and her hearing aids or a few years old I found them online and decided to give them a try. Being hearing impaired himself he completely understood my wife's frustration with her hearing aids and was able to get her some great hearing aids within our budget that work great for her. They have a customer for life. I highly recommend them. You won't be disappointed. The best.
Besides being personable, Thomas Biondi was very informative about hearing loss and the different solutions Beltone offers. My hearing test was efficient and he gave me a clear explanation about my situation. As a result, I have a very positive opinion of Beltone and am very open to further discussion.
