Easy to access, knowledgeable staff.
. Representatives very helpful and pleasant however nearly impossible for call back 3+ weeks waiting for a return phone call. Need new office help.
I went in today to have a new hearing test. We discussed several different things such as how my hearing has changed in the last few years and how much hearing aids have changed. I felt that I knew a lot more about what the hearing aids can do then when I originally started wearing them four or five years ago. They were helpful and knew what they were doing.
Very professional through introduction and the exam.
