I was told ahead of time to not go there. I only needed a hearing test. Sure enough I felt the main thing was to SELL ME A HEARING AID. I'm going to tell Healthspring of my suspicion

Ft Walton Beach office is amazing. Well Sebrena is!! My hearingaid charger quit while on Vacation. (Holiday weekend). I went to the office on Tuesday morning, told Sebrena what was going on. Sebrena called the company, got a new one overnight for me. Got my old one working enough that i wouldnt be without my hearingaids anymore than i had been already.
