I was nervous about wearing hearing aids. I was even more nervous about if I could afford them. But when I sat listening to others around me, and general sounds, everything is so much crisper in sound, it was fun to be able to hear like i was a kid again!!!! I realized how much of life I have been missing!!! Just agreeing instead of asking them to repeat what they just said, I was embarrassed about the frequency I asked them to repeat what they said. I am glad that I chose to buy my aids!! I'm having fun again.
