My 96 year old uncle hearing aid charger quit working on a Friday morning. His usual place he goes was closed from Thursday to Tuesday. He had a family graduation Saturday of a great niece and Sunday and Monday he has a prayer service and funeral for my Dad, his brother. I think Shana was her name, got us in and tested hearing aids, cords and charger. She offered us to use a charger over the weekend so my uncle cold hear. What a caring company. Thank you so much.
