Very pleasant professional people. Explained thoroughly the testing procedure and the information gained from it. Went through the print out and explained where my hearing was weakest on each ear. Then fitted me with a hearing aid which would meet my needs explaining how it operated, cleaning process, and periodic maintenance. I was very pleased with the whole process.
I went in for a cleaning of my devices and was out again in about 15 minutes.
