Staff is always very pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful.
I experienced a professional hearing test , really kind and generous with answers, was an excellent experience ,,, and letting me know how bad my hearing actually was . The receptionist was beyond words very kind and articulate, made me feel comfortable and welcomed .. Becky deserves a raise , she is absolutely an incredible representative of the company !!
Belltone in Plymouth Indiana are the best. Purchased my Beltone hearing aids in Virginia but yet they helped me anyway. Normally that doesn’t happen. I’m due for new hearing aids soon. Will purchase my new hearing aids from these folks in Plymouth. Thanks for the help this last year.
