Very friendly and professional. I set up an appointment and they had me in there same day and I was back out in about 20 minutes. The doctor answered all my questions and was very informative. Highly recommend for any hearing related concerns.

I had a thorough exam but a total dishonest transaction. My in network insurance company negotiated a $6000 discount on my hearing aids. Since I signed a waiver saying I was responsible for full amount, they would not apply discount. I was unaware of discount but they knew about it. DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING! This company is sketchy.

On Aug 22 I purchased hearing aids ************ offers a 30 day money back guarantee. On Sept 12 I called and said I would like to get my money back less wear. I wore them exactly 3 times. I was told they had to go thru manager. Today September 20 I got a call back that they are not giving me a refund because ******* doesnt give them. If they are Beltone this seems to be false advertising to me. ******* says they do give refunds. We are seniors and dont have money to throw away. What can I do.

beltone in grenfield is a joke! first they push most expensive hearing aid than they try to sale you used hearing aid for cash. then when i told them to cancel my order i went some where else. they knew they had not ordered yet but they went and cancelled my order from hearing life. that isnt there business they should not of been able to cancel my order. i waited 45 days for my order only to find out beltone cancelled it.

I recently used this dentist and while I had a great experience at the dentist, the administration process was very poor. I recently moved to Grand Forks and needed a dentist. When my wife called this dentist office, the receptionist stated that they submitted insurance claims to my insurance agency. We thought this meant that the office was in my network.
