These people are the best. Such tremendous service. Their hearing aids are great but the service you get when you have a problem is unbelievable. I’ve been wearing hearing aids for about 12 years and initially I went the OTC route. For me, I found these hearing aids inferior. I could never get the sound just right. I had several just die. Also, the tips would come off and get lost in my ear.
