The staff and Dr at beltone in uvalde and Hondo are exceptional. Pleasant professionals is what you'll find. Don't be misled by those cheap adds. You pay for what you get. And I got the best.
I have be going to Beltone in Kerrville for at least 10 years. I’ve been using Beltone hearing aids since 1998. I have always been treated so well by Kay and Mr. Mccrae they are both so nice and professional. Ms. Kay had always help me with any needs in scheduling appointments even takes time to remind me.
Tried really hard to repair older hearing aids! Did NOT try to upsell! Which is a win in my book. Very pleasant atmosphere and professional service. Give it a 10
First time in and immediately felt comfortable and personable front desk, long-term employee, Kay. Dr. McCrae spent time and explanation about all of the hearing tests. He's easy to ask questions and is also very personable. I look forward to getting the hearing aids, knowing I will get plenty of help making the adjustments and anything that I may need. YES, I do recommend!
