Very easy and quick hearing test .
Worst hearing aid company I've ever dealt with. Hours suck, staff suck and their hearing aids are Japanese junk!
It was the shortest hearing test I have ever had. Never in my life have I ever known such a short session. No test to the back of the ears at the bones. Another trip 11/2 hours to get the hearing aids from West Liberty to Hazard 30 days waiting. I’m never going there again for hearing test or hearing aids. Now that I got my hearing aids after nearly two months the buttons on them don’t work to lower or up the volumes. What a waste of money from the insurance company and my time and gas !
