There were no issues at this location. However, I took off work 3 times to get through the hearing test. The mailing received gave me another location to contact. The appointment was rescheduled after I arrived at the business. Because of my insurance, I wasn’t able to get the hearing test at the rescheduled appointment. A 3rd appointment was scheduled at the location where the hearing test was conducted.
Excellent service with every appointment.
