I had a terrific experience with Tony at Beltone. He was very knowledgeable and explained the hearing test process clearly. He was able to program my hearing aids to match my particular needs. I’m hearing sounds again that I didn’t know I was missing. Thank you so much for giving me back such an important part of my life.
Tony explained everything to me, and made sure that I understood my condition. An absolute professional. The test results were no surprise to me or my daughter. I was disappointed that Beltone does not have any hearing devices to see, feel, try on, and test at the Goldsboro, NC office. I don't even know what instruments that are ordered for me. Very friendly staff that knows so much about hearing issues and hearing aids. Answered my questions without seeming bothered to take the time on someone who's hearing is fairly normal. I'll be coming to Beltone if/when I do need help with my hearing.
