I love everyone at Beltone. They’re always available to work me in. They’re so knowledgeable about my hearing aids and can usually fix any problem w/o sending them out. I’ve referred several friends and family to Beltone and they’re also very satisfied.
The audiologist was very through and professional. He took care of all my needs. Very patient. I was pleased with the outcome that I was having issues with.
The staff was very helpful and caring. I felt included with the decisions that were made. Diane was wonderful!!
Customer service was an A+.
