Professional environment, Adam was very knowledgeable and experienced. I felt I was getting the best help, advice and products that are available.
Adam is the consummate professional. He is very friendly and engaging. During my recent visit he cleaned my hearing aids, conducted my annual hearing test and tweaked settings accordingly. He also reviews any questions or concerns I have regarding features and use of the Beltone app.
