Very professional
I scheduled a free hearing evaluation. The Newburgh office was clean and bright. Technician, Adam, was friendly and courteous. He helped me to relax as he explained what each phase of the evaluation would be like. He was patient and thorough as he performed the tests and as he explained the results. I was relieved to learn that I do not need a hearing device at this time. Adam’s professionalism and knowledge made me feel that I was in good hands. This was a very positive experience.
