While the staff was attentive and friendly, I received a recommendation for hearing aids which I did not need. Of course, bell tone is selling hearing aids, and at prices from 5000. - 9000 dollars. I got a 2nd opinion from the hearing and balance center, where I learned that hearing aids were not necessary for my type of loss.
