Hi my name is carrie brevi and I just received new hearing aids from beltone the 2 people I spoke too were wonderful and very helpful if you need hearing aids please go to wolcott road you will be treated will respect so please go and see them
I recently went to the Beltone Waterbury location due to my Tinnitus and inability to hear in loud areas like restaurants. I was a little nervous and apprehensive but their representative Anne Catapano did an amazing job walking me through the testing process to make me at ease. She did a fantastic job during the testing and most importantly explaining the post test results in detail. The experience was amazing! I would highly recommend Beltone and especially Anne Catapano if you are concerned about hearing loss.
Anne Catapano was very professional, friendly, and welcoming. She eased my anxiety since this was my first comprehensive hearing test. I didn't feel pressured to buy a hearing aid on the spot. Highly recommend this office for hearing assessments.
What a good experience I had at Beltone last Wednesday! Everyone was so nice and professional, especially Anne Catapano, who used patience to teach me all abut the ear and hearing perception.
