The people in the office were the best! Very helpful in every aspect of our visits to get our new hearing aids and the follow up service. I would highly recommend them to anyone who are in need of help with hearing problems... I would rate them a 10....
JENN IS A GEM! When I arrived in Florida my hearing aids where not working. I called Beltone Hearing in Dunedin. Jen suggested she might be able to help me herself. Sure enough she cleaned them, replaced the plastic tips and removed the wax built up. She suggested ways I could clean them myself, providing a kit for wax build up and sent me on my way with working hearing aids. Jenn went above and beyond for me. She is an asset to Beltone and I can not thank her enough!

Everyone at Neltone was wonderful. My 87 year old mother got her hearing aids and they made her experience comfortable.
