This front office was friendly and very helpful.. technician Jewel explained thoroughly n showed me my condition of my ear wax buildup n advised I go to an ENT as she could not do the hearing test… I found her to be professional, knowledgeable and willing to give me the time to explain my condition and gave me the proper next steps … I would highly recommend Jewel and this Beltone office!

Many thanks to the ladies at Beltone on Curlew Road in Dunedin. Had my phone repaired this morning and lost my Smart 3D hearing aid app. I was unable to reinstall it properly. Took it to them and they knew just what.to do. They worked on it until it was right!
