very disappointed, went there was assessed, I explained I lost my husband this year and now I only have one SS check. Then I got a letter that said I should come to have a 30 day use of hearing aides. Come , make an appointment, take a frind with you that you can recognize her voice. I was met with an agent, they put mee throuhg 5 or 6 tests, never used my friend at all then told me I had to buy the hearing aids and can use them for 30 days and get your money back.
