Rick was very good at explaining everything to me. He was very professional and helped me to make a good decision on hearing aids. He took the time to be thorough on everything. Great office experience.
The staff and technician was very friendly. He explained everything to me and once my results in, didn’t try to sell me the highest item on the list actually he was trying to get me in the cheapest program, and I chose the next level up which I thought would be best for me. He answered all my questions and was very thorough with explaining the results of my test. I would recommend them.
Everyone was friendly and helpful as this was my first foray into hearing aids. Highly recommend them.
