Not a good experience at all. Wouldn't let me get the no sales tax and not so nice now that I bought the hearing aids. When I say they re not working I m just told it s wax. But takes to another room to clean instead of showing me.
Very professional and friendly staff. Answered my questions and were very helpful. Went in for new hearing aids to replace old ones. Very through explainations, all questions I had at that time were answered. All follow appointments gone over and am getting adjusted to new hearing aids without difficulty.
Terrible! I would like a phone call!
