I went to the Belltone store in Alton today for a hearing test. Tim and the staff were very friendly but unable to do my test due to too much ear wax buildup. Tim gave me several options to consider and I will definitely be back after a doctor visit.
Tim provided very professional service in a timely manner. Beltone is the only place I will take my dad for his hearing aid needs.
