Staff is very attentive and understanding and I have never experienced a waiting period outside my schedule appointment. I also appreciate that they fully explain everything to me.
Cory Jones is always courteous, knowledgeable, and helpful. He will always go the extra mile to help his clients achieve the highest level of hearing possible He is a great representative for Beltone. The receptionist, Melissa, is always efficient and friendly. I highly recommend the Smyrna, TN store.
